Business Consultant - CRM / BI

Job description

We are seeking a Senior consultant experienced in one of the following areas: CRM, Business Intelligence, project and programme management.

As a Business consultant, your main roles and responsibilities will cover various activities and engagements such as:

  • Work with our Clients (major groups) to define their strategy, vision, and needs
  • Design relevant and efficient processes and solutions to serve and improve their operations
  • Define programme, projects and roadmap to support their strategy
  • Support our Clients in managing major programmes and projects
  • Participate to pre-sales activities (RFP, presentations …)
Required skills
  • Knowledge of best practices (organisation, processes, solutions) in one of the following areas:
    • analytical and operational CRM
    • Business Intelligence
    • IT strategy and organisation
  • Experience in various industries: Banking, TelCo, High Tech, FMCG …
  • Knowledge / experience in some of the operational functions:
    • Telco : Marketing, CRM, Campaign Management, Order management, Billing, Provisioning, Network
    • Bank : Front / Middle / Back office, Core-banking systems
    • IT: Project management and lifecycle, Service Management…
  • Knowledge of the main Business processes in Finance, Controlling, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service
  • Functional knowledge of main tools and technologies
    • CRM: operational CRM, analytical CRM / Customer insight, SFA, Campaign Management / Marketing automation…
    • Business Intelligence: RDBMS, ETL, Reporting, Dashboarding, Mining …
    • IT: Banking systems, Telco systems …
  • Strong knowledge of IT architecture best practices
  • Proven methodology and ability to produce high quality deliverables:
    • Strategy and vision
    • Roadmap definition (incl. budget and business case)
    • Business requirements
    • Feasibility study
    • Programme and project committees presentations
  • Communication skills (especially with Business & IT managers)
  • Leadership
  • Rigorousness
  • Autonomy
"Nice to have" skills
  • Project management experience and certifications (PMI, Prince …)
  • Technical expertise, strong experience and credentials in development and implementation based on the previous tools / technologies
  • Proven methodology and ability to produce high quality deliverables:
    • Functional and/ or Technical specifications
    • Technical architecture
    • Data modelling
Languages
French and English, German / Swiss German is a plus.
Location
French speaking Switzerland, and some travels over Europe.
Candidate characteristics
  • Age: 25-40
  • Education: High School, MBA is a plus
  • Experience: > 3 years
  • Salary expectation: to be defined
  • Nationality: Swiss or EU
