James Wood

James is Engagement Manager with Simalaya. His key strengths lie in quality assurance, vendor management and process improvement. As an accomplished Project Manager, James has worked internationally on a multitude of platforms incorporating several customer service front ends and billing systems for operational teams.

He previously worked for 2 years as Capital Group’s European Quality Assurance Manager. Prior to that, he spent 12 years at GE Money Bank as a Project Manager of global financial initiatives. He has also worked for Scottish Power as a technical analyst.

James holds a BTEC HND in Graphic Design and Communication from Southampton Polytechnic and is a Qualified Black Belt in Six Sigma. He also holds ITIL and ISTQB certifications.
