As an accomplished Project Manager, James has worked internationally on a multitude of platforms incorporating several customer service front ends and billing systems for operational teams. He previously worked for 2 years as Capital Group’s European Quality Assurance Manager. Prior to that, he spent 12 years at GE Money Bank as a Project Manager of global financial initiatives.
