Neil is a Managing partner with Simalaya.  His particular areas of expertise are Test & Quality Management, Sourcing Models and Solution Design.

He started his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he worked in the Government, Financial Services and Telecommunications industries.

Starting as a Programmer he moved onto Software Design and eventually Project Management. He established himself in the Telecommunications world with Imagine Broadband, an innovative company specializing in consulting and service assurance solutions for Interactive Television. He moved to Switzerland in 2001 where he joined Orange Communications starting in the quality Assurance before mocing to the IT Divisions as Head of Testing Services.

Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Queen's University, Belfast.
